WARRANTY & TERMS
Warranty for the Apple devices (iPhones, Mac, iPad, Watch) will be handled through Apple authorized distributor in Sri Lanka (Genxt Sri Lanka). Warranty is considered according to the terms and conditions of Genxt Sri Lanka.
Warranty is calculated as 365 days from the date of purchase.
Some accessories may have 180 days SAM’S ARCADE warranty which is displayed on the product description.
Accessories which are not entitled to warranty are mentioned in their product description. (Including non-electronic accessories like bags, covers and screen protectors)
Invoice is required to claim the warranty. Customer can either directly contact or visit Genxt service centre with our invoice or send the device (with invoice) to us to get claimed through Genxt.
Physical damages including liquid damages or cracks will not be covered under warranty and it will cause to void the warranty for other parts of the device.
Unauthorised access to the internal components of the devices may void the warranty.
RETURN POLICY ON DELIVERY
The goods once sold will not be taken back. The customer is responsible for physical verification of the products delivered prior to accepting delivery. The customer or the purchaser shall not be entitled or permitted to reject or return the product(s) after successfully delivered and accepted.
The customer may have the rights to cancel or to reject the order prior to the acceptance of the delivery, only if the delivery packaging is destroyed/ damaged or not in a good condition during the time of delivery. (Video proofs must be submitted on the same day to support@samsarcade.com)
Change of mind is not considered for any kind of returning of the goods during the time of delivery.
Any physical damages after unboxing the delivery packaging which are not proved by videos will not be considered.
Video proofs must be according to the following standards.
• Video proofs shall not be intentionally edited or recreated using any software or program.
• Should be recorded genuinely.
• Must be a single video clip covering the all unboxing process.
• Product serial number must be shown in the video clip.
• Must be recorded on the same day/ Same time of the unboxing.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given in full, only if the products and their packaging is damaged and destroyed or if the goods are not in good condition prior to the acceptance of the delivery. (Video proofs must be submitted on the same day to support@samsarcade.com)
Any physical damages after unboxing the delivery packaging which are proved by videos will be considered. Video proofs must be reliable and according to the above mentioned standards. (should be sent on the same day to support@samsarcade.com)
We will be processing the refunds within 14 days of cancellation of the order. Refunds will be provided in the same way which you have made the payment. We will notify you about the refund through our email as soon as possible.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind after the acceptance of the delivery.
